The “In-Contract” Timeline
You will need to get a home inspections on your new home. This will cost you about $350. Unique homes may require additional inspections as well. Next, there is the home appraisal cost. This will also cost you about $350. These are a couple costs we like to make you aware of ahead of time so there are no surprises throughout the process. Depending on your loan type, you could also have a down payment due at closing too!
We finally made it! You will sign a lot of documents at the closing, but the title company will have a representative there to walk you through all of them. A group member from The C.O.R.E. Group will also be there to help you out.
